COMPUTER PARTS GREENVILLE RETURN POLICY

Computer Parts Greenville accepts returns on items as long as they are shipped back to us within 2 days of your receipt of the items according to the following guidelines:

For all CPUs, memory, motherboards, and power supplies: items must be returned in sealed, unopened package. We will not be able to issue refund, credit, or exchange if CPU has been opened. This is because CPUs are very sensitive to installation and can easily be damaged by bent pins, incorrect voltage, static electricity, incorrect cooling, or other factors. Motherboards are frequently damaged by faulty installation (such as shorting against chassis), improper handling (such as static discharge), incorrect power applied, or by other factors beyond our control. Power supplies can easily be damaged by faulty input voltage or incorrect connections. We are not responsible for making sure the memory you order is compatible with your motherboard and CPU! Memory can be damaged if installed improperly, subject to static discharge, assigned incorrect voltage, or by other conditions unknown to us. DO NOT RETURN A CPU, MEMORY, MOTHERBOARD, OR POWER SUPPLY item to us if it has been opened! If you do, we most likely will have to send it back to you.

For all items except CPUs, memory, motherboards, and power supplies: Returns must arrive in new, unopened, sealed, undamaged, resaleable condition, in original packaging.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS: All returned items must be sent back to us within 2 days of your receipt of the item. If item is not what you expected or if you ordered the wrong thing by mistake, you may return the item to us provide you meet the conditions listed above AND provided that you have requested a return authorization.

Before shipping your item back to us, you must request a Return Authorization Number. This helps us identif the item when it arrives so we can process your return accurately. To request Return Authorization, please send email to rma@computerpartsgreenvillesc.com. Please indicate the item you are returning, its serial number and the invoice on which your item appears. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT YOU DID NOT PURCHASE FROM US. If you return an item with a serial number different from the one we originally sent you, we will be unable to process your return.

Within 24 hours you will receive an authorization number from us that you should clearly write on the outside of your return package. We recommend shipping your return with a service that enables either online tracking or online delivery confirmation. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to five business days for refunds and exchanges to be processed

 Computer Parts Greenville will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Computer Parts Greenville will assess a 15% restocking fee against the Customer's account on all returns for refund.

 Warranties: All product sold by Computer Parts Greenville are sold "AS-IS" or "With All Faults." All items are NEW and as described. If any items are found to be defective, buyer is responsible to pursue warranty resolution with the manufacturer of those items.

COMPUTER PARTS GREENVILLE CANCELLATION POLICY

If you purchase a subscription from Computer Parts Greenville, you may only cancel it according to the terms of enrollment. In the event you are dissatisfied with your subscription, you may request cancellation by sending email to cancellations@computerpartsgreenvillesc.com. In your message, please include your customer name, invoice number, and description of the subscription being canceled.

Unless excluded by the terms of your original purchase, Computer Parts Greenville will issue a pro-rated refund based on the amount of your subscription remaining. For example, if you cancel a 6 month subscription after 3 months, you will receive a refund of 50% of the original price.
